Will you really submit my information manually?
Yes we will be doing all of your submissions manually.  We will literally have someone visit every directory for you and choose the best category.  When the job is finished, we will compile a report with the URL’s for the categories we selected.

Manually?  How long will that take?
Of course this based on our workload but in most cases, we will have your submissions done in a week or less.  We have a “No rush” option and if you select this, we will extend your submissions out over a couple of weeks.

Can you promise me that my site will be listed everywhere you submit it?
Since we have no control over directory approvals, we can’t promise you that.  We do promise you that we review the directories frequently and if the status of a site changes, we will revise our list.  Also, your approval will depend on each directory editor’s approval, so quality of your site, your sector and the information you provide for submittal will play important roles as well.

How will I know all of the directories where you submitted my site?
After we have finished our work, we will submit a report to you.  This report will give you all of the information you need; all of the directories, the dates submitted and which category we selected on your behalf.

What if my site is already in some of the same directories?
If you have previous submissions and would like to provide that information to us, we would certainly appreciate it.  That said, if you have already submitted your site to a directory we select, we will be notified and we will choose another directory for you.

What if I have a questionable site? What type of sites will you submit?
That’s a good question.  While we will submit most sites, there are a few that we cannot.  For more information, contact us.

Is it beneficial to submit to PR0 directories?
Actually, it is beneficial.  Because these are new directories, your odds of approval jump dramatically and it’s possible that you will get a prime spot in the directory.  As the site’s PR increases, it could conceivably become a very desirable paid site and you will have a free link!

What size of titles and descriptions should I have?
Generally speaking, the typical title should include five words or less and most descriptions will have more than 100 words but less than 250 words.  For more suggestions see our submission tips page.

Is it bad to have PPC ads?  Should I remove mine before submitting?
The key here is approval; even though PPC aren’t bad, they can hurt your chances for approval, especially if they occupy all of the best page locations or you have more ads than content.  Starting with your home page, it might be wise to remove at least part of the ads for the first month.  For more tips, review our submission tips page.

Is there a problem if I get a lot of links very quickly?
While it might be possible that submissions create a negative effect, many feel it is riskier to purchase links of high PR directories than to submit numerous low PR sites.  You will likely start receiving approvals immediately with a few trickling in one to two months later.  The majority of the new links you get will be indexed by the search engines within two months.

What types of payments do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal payments as well as major credit cards through PayPal. If you have another method in mind, email us your preference.  In the future, we will likely have other payment methods as well.

If I let you decide what titles and descriptions to use for my client’s sites and you created 2 or 3 different ones per site, would that cost me extra?
This is included in our price. We will submit them for your review and approval before we start. You are of course welcome to provide your own titles and descriptions. We recommend that you provide 3 of each so we can mix and match the submissions, so that not all links are the same.

Would your rate be the same for 1 site as it would be for submitting multiple ones all at once?
Our price is based on submitting several sites at once - for several clients at a time. However, if you have 5 sites or more we will discount the price. Please contact us for more information and agreement.

What about other directories such as blog, RSS, podcast, and videocast directories? Can we do the same for those?
Yes, we can provide this as a service, but due to the specific nature of each client we would need to get more information and provide a quote based on your individual needs.

Also, what about article directory submissions?
Yes, we can sub,it to Article Directories. We would recommend against using so called automated submitters. Research shows that it is only really necessary to submit to the top few article directories, and also to stagger the submission, ie 1 articles every few days so the popularity is spread out. We have a system that semi-automates this process, but the articles are still manually checked and submitted. Please contact us for a quote or for more information.

Do you provide any guarantee?
We do guarantee that you site will be submitted, however we cannot guarantee when and if the directories will list your site, as obvioulsy we have no control over this.
